| | | Thousand Hands Buddha QiGong This QiGong form helps one to develop the wisdom and courage to learn to follow your heart.
A seated form using mudras (hand positions) to open the heart, calm the mind and balance the emotions. Developed by a deaf QiGong master through observation of the different Buddhas in the temples, and by knowing intimately how much information can be exchanged through our hands, with people, and with the natural energy of the universe. This method is particularly helpful for releasing daily stress and maintaining memory.
